First training Day in the shed since exams started. Shed was 0 degres when we started. Most of our warmups were done at around 6 , and by the time our worksets were done it was up to 10. Cold on the old folk.

Based off the way I pull in a suit, I need to work on lockout strength. In the 170-190 range I can lockout fast raw, But at this point I dont have the strength to power through the heavy weights in gear as I want to. Angry Price.
Feels good to be back in the shed. Heading to Cape Breton saturday - wednesday, so hopefully get in some training while im there.
