Squats were a bust. Finished some warmups that felt too heavy and called it a day. Still sore from monday.

Squats felt healthy today. Used loose bottoms to save the hips. Really concentrated on technique instead of trying to get through the workout with rage issues.

This would of been the 3rd Dl workout this week so never did any work. Pulled hook grip.
New years resolution: Start training hook grip more often. All 3 lifts are twisted because of my deadlift grip.
Overall a Great year of training. I have some Goals for 2011, But most importantly I would like to stay healthy and get strong.
