Had not been at the gym since Friday, and I was going stir crazy. Went for a quick one to get out of the house and not get too weak over exams. I finished my 3rd of 4 exams today, so home stretch from here.

Shoulder and Tricep workout today. I hate training shoulders.
+ Abs at the end, my core feels weak after not having much stress on it in over a week.
I miss training. Back at It tomorrow. Very anxious to get in gear soon .
