Morning

Hips are still sore from wednesday's training

Did some testing that shows I need to work on forearm/grip strength.

( These benches were on a crappy gym bar so Im sure the weights are about 10lbs less, but they felt smooth)

Back. 3 exercises 10-8-6
Biceps. 3 exercises 10-10-10
Triceps. 2 exercises.10-8-6
Forearm curls in an attempt to start improving my grip strength. 2 sets to failure.


2 weeks from now I will be finished exams. Looking forward to it.
