Weekend Training

Been busy with exams, so havent got any decent training in this week.

Friday Afternoon in the shed
Did some deadlifts seeing I missed Wednesday and didnt want to deadlift at goodlife

Back to regular training on Wednesday, finish exams on Friday night then off to Cape Breton Nova Scotia to hang out with the MacDonald brothers.
